i have recently joined the LIDL team at We Are Social after slowly becoming immersed in the daily newsroom - a scheduled hour each day utilised as a team for content creation concepts - and heavily involved with community management across all of Lidl’s social media platforms - twitter, facebook and instagram. this includes sharing posts which mention Lidl and their low prices to instagram stories. community management responses on all platforms are always created with Lidl’s fun and personable TOV, and occasionally with a pun. at the end of each week, i take the insights i've gathered from community management tow write up a breakdown of insights for the client, attaching examples of posts relating to each insight. i also bring the insights to each daily newsroom to kick of content creation. some of my community management responses can be seen below.
